The content of this site are my personal opinions and do not represent those of my clients. I write about my experiences with clients long after I leave the client in question and there is no correlation whatsoever between the date an entry was posted and the date I worked with a given client. In other words, it is impossible to work out which client I was talking about by working out where I worked when an entry was posted.

The advice or technical content here is offered as is, with warranty or guarantee of accuracy or quality. If you have technical questions concerning an entry, drop me an email and i'll try to help you. Sometimes, I'll try and help you for free. If I get a few enquiries, i'll post something here that might be of use.

Messages posted can't be erased, however if you disagree with something, say so by clicking the email icon in the bottom-right corner of the post... this is not to be abused, as a means to be Anti-Social, use derogatory, defamatory, bigoted, racist, or degrading language about or towards me, or anyone else.
By sending me a comment or electronic mail/message you acknowledge that I may post (and edit for content or brevity) your e-mail / message and reserve all rights to the message, its content and anything else associated with it. The only exception to this rule is any and all proprietary information or intellectual property associated with my clients, prospective clients and their business.
Bad Press
If you choose to post derogatory comments about me or this site elsewhere, please expect me to return the favour. If you choose to spam me with messages or email of a derogatory nature, expect me to publish them in full or in part, edited as I see fit and doubtless with my own comments added for good measure.
Complaints
If you feel you have a genuine grievance about an entry posted on this site, please contact me directly with details of the post and the reason for your objection. Don't bother trying to contact my ISP to have the content removed as I am my own ISP and this content is hosted on my personal equipment.
